In my second interview with Goodwill Industries International I spoke with Ryan Smith, Sr. Director of e-commerce operations at shopgoodwill.com.


In my first interview with Goodwill Industries International (GII) I spoke with Adam Stiska Director of Online and Mobile about the mobile app.  In this interview I spoke with Ryan Smith who is responsible for shopgoodwill.com which is the main e-commerce website running the online shopping part of over 120 of the chapters.

GII is comprised of over 160 local independent chapters and over 120 of them use shopgoodwill.com as their online commerce platform listing over 160,000 produces on average from across the country.  Shopgoodwill.com is owned by the Orange County, CA chapter.
