In January we visited CES 2016 in Las Vegas looking for retail-related products that are making their way to the consumer world. My idea is that in order to stay current retailers need to know what consumers are using in their life (Wayne Gretzky's "go where the puck is going") so even though CES is not a retail trade conference I believe it is a good place to get a look ahead of what the rest of the field is looking at. With that in mind, I looked for products that fall within my Six areas of attention: 1. Informing shoppers you exist 2. Getting them to your store 3. Engaging them when there 4. Converting to sales / transaction 5. After sale support (customer service, returns & RMA, FAQ, warranty) 6. Re-engage
